“A great man once said, everything is about sex. Except for sex. Sex is about power.”
Delbarton (NJ) former teacher admitted having sex with 50 students, thirteen monks from the abbey that runs Delbarton were accused of sexually abusing 30 people over 3 decades. Grace Episcopal (VA). Concord Academy (MA). Pingry (NJ) dozens of pre-teen children sexually abused. Hotchkiss (CT). Shame. Dalton (NY) headmaster sexually assaulted a disadvantaged child. Carolina Friends (NC). Kamehameha (HI) 30 years of children routinely sent to chief of psychiatry to endure sexual and emotional abuse under guise of “therapy.” Marlborough (CA). Horace Mann (NY) 127 pages detailing 40 years of abuse by multiple teachers and administrators. “’The next thing I knew, he had my penis in his hand. I was so scared. He was a pretty intimidating guy. He began performing fellatio and masturbating,’ Andrew said…‘I left the room and walked to where the dance was. I saw all these kids doing normal eighth-grade things.’” “Teachers also heard and shared stories.” Andover (MA). Pomfret (CT). Groton (MA) Teachers and students isolated and shamed student who alleged sexual abuse for embarrassing Groton. Milton (MA). Systemic. Trinity (NY). Exeter (NH) “Emerging from these systemic deficiencies was a pattern of (Exeter) failing to respond to, investigate, and communicate internally regarding reported misconduct in an effective and appropriate manner and, in certain circumstances, failing to report misconduct to the appropriate authorities” and allowing teachers to be hired elsewhere despite concerns about their behavior. Peck (NJ). Loomis Chaffee (CT). NCS and St. Alban’s (DC). Fordham Prep (NY). Neglect. Portsmouth Abbey (RI). Cate (CA). Carrollwood Day (FL). Solebury (PA) environment that allowed for 50 years of abuse and sex with children. Deerfield (MA) abuse of a 14-year-old by a teacher of four decades. The Gunnery (CT). Porter Gaud (SC) silence in the face of repeated warnings of 39 boys molested. Punahou (HA). Sidwell Friends (DC). Thacher (CA). Cover-ups. St. George’s (RI) concealment of decades-long sexual abuse of over 40 alleged victims and a dozen alleged predatory teachers, staff, and students. “…sports-car-driving associate chaplain Howard ‘Howdy’ White had raped their son…He fired White but…didn’t report White to the Rhode Island State Police or the Department of Children, Youth & Families. When White contacted him shortly thereafter, seeking help, Zane responded warmly, saying that he would pay him an additional month’s salary and reimburse him for his moving expenses…He asked White not to return to St. George’s ‘until one generation has gone through, that is, not for another five years.’ White didn’t return, but he did go on to serve as dean and chaplain at Chatham Hall, a girls’ prep school in Virginia…” Potomac (VA) more than two dozen children sexually abused for more than two decades, school officials who were made aware of the incidents never alerted authorities. St. Paul’s (NH) monitor appointed to oversee the handling of sexual abuse claims resigned, accusing campus officials of hindering his investigation. Attorneys for St. Paul’s wrote a letter to a sexual abuse accuser that she could not return for her senior year unless she dropped all criminal charges against her alleged perpetrators. Darlington (GA). Lawrenceville (NJ) dorm leader repeatedly ordered students to perform naked pushups while he watched as punishment for acting out. Poly Prep (NY). Brentwood (CA). Hockaday (TX). Woodward (NY). Trevor Day (NY). Dunn (CA). Lack of accountability. St. Andrew’s (FL) refusal to be transparent with parents after hiring two law firms to investigate sex abuse complaints. Isidore Newman (LA) student reported that she was bullied by students, parents and even donors after reporting she was sexually assaulted. Choate (CT) allowed many of the teachers accused of sexual assault to remain on campus as Choate kept the allegations of misconduct quiet. Emma Willard (NY). Brearley (NY). Sidwell Friends (DC). Woodward (NY). Tower Hill (DE). Even Prince George’s former UK school. Letters of recommendation were written for staff Independent X School knew were registered sex offenders. In the years 1991 to 2016, the Boston Globe found at least 67 private schools in New England alone faced accusations that staffers sexually abused or harassed more than 200 students. These are only the NAIS Schools (National Association of Independent Schools) that have received media attention. Read just a few school-specific reports: Trinity (NY), Horace Mann (NY), Hotchkiss (CT), Grace Church (NY), Choate (CT). Imagine how many more incidents remain untold, how many more lives were destroyed.
(Note: Due to the inherent trust and intimate nature within private schools, sexual abuse is also a problem at non-NAIS privates and religious schools: Liberty Christian Academy (TN), New Beginnings Christian Academy (FL), IMG Academy (FL), Lyndon Academy (GA), Legacy Academy (AZ) - coincidentally all accredited by NAIS’ sister COGNIA. What say you, School Choice Bros?)
“When money is coming your way, you don’t ask questions.”
NAIS Schools’ histories of sexual abuse and concealment surpass the Catholic Church. Vanity Fair, WaPo, NY Times, NY Post, LA Times, Town & Country, Boston Globe have all detailed the “decades-long” patterns of negligence with “system[s] that helped the abuser evade allegations of sexual misconduct for years at the expense of students” within NAIS Schools. Not exposed is the role of NAIS “passing the trash” of sexual abusers like former Hotchkiss admissions director Frederic F. Wesson: NAIS directs Independent X School on best practices as articulated by NAIS and recommends law firms and crisis management firms used by NAIS, but nothing actually to move the needle – by design. How else could Wesson admit to having sex with a child then become Associate Director of The Klingenstein Center and senior search consultant for NAIS Henchman search firm Carney Sandoe, where he placed NAIS headmasters who could continue the cycle of neglect and concealment? (Perhaps Wesson himself was groomed through sexual identity training during his days as a Deerfield (MA) student.) Is it any wonder that after John Dexter, 25-year headmaster of Trevor Day (NY), was arrested for sending indecent messages intended for under-age girls over the internet, the battle plan first consisted of calling Trevor Day’s and Dexter’s attorneys, hiring a PR firm, and meeting with major donors before any consideration was given for the wellbeing of the actual children of Trevor Day?
Horace Mann’s (NY) alma mater declares, “Great is the truth and it prevails.” Exactly what truth has prevailed? Certainly not the truth of the victims. NAIS has bred an Independent X School culture encouraging immoral and cruel treatment of victims. Children and families, as a matter of policy, regardless of the seriousness of the accusations (bullying, abuse of power, assault, rape), are consistently gaslighted, disregarded, vilified, shamed, and banished, not just by school administration but by the entire school community. The same methods NAIS used to conceal countless sexual abuses now conceals DEI and SEL (Social Emotional Learning) in Independent X School: “investigations” that only benefit law firms, training from consultants, keeping details from Independent X Board. Just look at Francis Parker (IL) asst. principal Priyanka Rupani (“she/her”) who is simultaneously a Glasgow Consultant or Rick Melvoin, Margarita Curtis, and Vance Wilson of Strategic School Leadership, who are directing Trinity (NY) in its “review of the practices and processes” purportedly used to foster “viewpoint diversity” after Project Veritas exposed an extreme left agenda. (Take a shot for every reference in their bios to NAIS, Klingenstein, and tenure at each Independent X School with documented sexual abuse.) What incentives are there to remedy issues in-house when the same administrators can get paid exorbitant third-party consultant fees sometimes in addition to their Independent X salary? It’s more profitable for the DEI Industrial Complex to gaslight children who report cyber-bullying incidents. We wonder which consulting firms Greens Farms Academy (CT) will use after its own Project Veritas expose. Meanwhile Independent X Trustees are sitting on their hands until parents file lawsuits.
“If you cannot manage stress, you cannot manage success.”
After decades of sexual scandal, one would assume Independent X School would embark on a voyage of introspection and improving systems. Instead, NAIS demands Independent X School create magical springs of rest and "wellness" that have nothing to do with being well or basic student safety. Children become strong and flourish when they do the hard work of learning real subject matter. They feel better about themselves after they complete a term paper not when they are told they are oppressed and defined by whom they find sexually attractive. But articles and social media feeds of NAIS, Klingenstein Center, and related consultants and organizations rarely discuss real academics. Instead, they maintain “the purpose of school is to cultivate humanity through building strong, flourishing individuals who can live and relate to one another in community.” Everyone is a leader – surviving, thriving, authentic, centering, healed, understanding in agency, support, networks of support, with empathy, care, self-care. They say to tell your story, exercise, cultivate humanity. Be an interwoven community, community as ecosystem, ecosystem of education for there will be a reckoning front of mind inviting human beings in to be better with each other alongside each other. The same people who make fun of Sarah Palin make less sense than 2007 Miss Teen USA South Carolina.
So then, what exactly is “wellness?” Your guess is as good as ours, and that is probably the point. NAIS Schools, which supported decades of sexual abuse and now foster environments for racial bullying, gender dysphoria against the constructs of grammar, and pornographic books such that children are increasingly behaving in ways described by now fired Greens Farms Academy (CT) teacher and advisor Iman Rasti, are as much fonts of wellness as abortion clinics are “wellbeing centers” as Spence (NY) trustee Alexis McGill Johnson’s little outfit Planned Parenthood calls them. Perhaps “wellness” is fostered by increasingly incongruent and inconsistent punishments with some children being placed in solitary confinement and expelled for inappropriate jokes or falling behind in math while others are given no punishment for calling classmates the n-word and bullying them until they take their own lives? Will more “rest” propel our children to build biodegradable thin film solar cells that harness trees as energy storage centers without a foundation in chemistry? This must be like how purging families from the Independent X School community is “inclusion.” This is not isolated to elite NAIS schools. More subtle than obvious CRT, “wellness” and SEL are the real subversion easily embedded in even the most evangelical Christian NAIS schools with “Global Leadership Institutes,” “Health Teams,” and “Social Emotional Wellness” and conservative Southern schools with “Community and Belonging.”
The genius of the “wellness” and SEL agenda is it is broad and vague enough to encompass any subject matter. Under the guise of “wellness,” NAIS Schools like Buckley (CA) and Spence (NY) mandate the vax regardless of efficacy or state regulations and are the first to re-institute masks for the increase in flu and RSV that are the result of…masks. NAIS makes Randi Whinegarten look right wing. Amorphous “wellness” is achieved by focusing on the process rather than the output. In NAIS’ New View EDU Podcast with NAIS Vice President for Equity and Justice Caroline Blackwell, who is so inclusive she blocked Undercover Mother on Twitter, guests proclaim school is a critical place for children to identify their passions, and the measurement of the mission of the school is the measurement of inclusion - not the measurement of academic knowledge and understanding. In furtherance of this, children are being allowed to dictate their “learned experience.” Transforming education from knowledge and content based to performance behavior based relieves NAIS and Independent X School from being accountable to quantifiable metrics and standards and forces reliance on outside consultants. The work is never done. DEI, SEL, and “wellness” are the new Civil Rights Act – seemingly virtuous but actually a cynical political play for profit, centralized control, and censorship. Remember: Create the problem, solve the problem. NAIS and Klingenstein are much more devious than Frank Underwood.
“Wellness” is an agenda to program ideological and psychological conformity envisioned on a mass scale to infiltrate the psyche of every single child. Conformity - not wellness, as the goal compels Independent X School increasingly to recommend parents request Adderall prescriptions for their children and to purge families by labeling their children as unwell. If you doubt the “wellness” direction NAIS is pushing for Independent X School, look no further than America’s private school leader, Andover (MA), replete with Sex Club and Masturbation May. Coincidentally before Covidpalooza 2020, Andover appointed as headmaster not a Classics academic or an English scholar, but a medical doctor who served as: (1) NIH principal deputy director and acting director (yes, that NIH), including as associate director of the Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research; (2) CDC division director (yes, that CDC); and (3) senior scientist at RAND. Andover headmaster Dr. Raynard Kington serves on the boards of data collection organization National Opinion Research Center, ESG pushing The Pew Charitable Trusts, and global military industrial think tank RAND, which utilized genius physicists to benefit human civilization by pioneering ICBMs. Behavior modification? Check. Health hysteria through vaccine tyranny? Check. Data collection? Check. Let’s see…what are we missing? Transhumanism! Fortunately, Kington’s husband is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who founded the Gender Evaluation Program at a children’s hospital. Bullseye. Klingenstein Foundation’s dream team. Surely Dr. Kington’s appointment has no connection to NAIS’ “wellness” and SEL agenda to control not just what children think but how children feel to best breed easily demagogued uni-party activists. How else would polite American society be able to dox itself into ESG submission without little Greta Thunbergs running around yelling at adults for being climate change-denying abortion-restricting Nazis?
“Even Achilles was only as strong as his heel.”
Sorry to break it to you, Ken Griffin, but you didn’t escape woke schools. While Chicago Lab (IL) alum father Marxist terrorist Bill Ayers may not be there to auction a night of his culinary skills, Gulliver Prep (FL) and Ransom Everglades (FL) are no refuge from wokeness. When will you realize it’s not about one school, one teacher, one admin? You cannot simply move. There is no escape because it’s systemic. If the big men of finance were fooled by the likes of manboobs Sam Bank-Man-Fried and plain-Jane cyborg Elizabeth Holmes, how will they overhaul Independent X School?
That’s why we are calling for real independence from the systemic rot of the NAIS cartel. Like Vietnam, if Independent X Board ignores the cry for independence and is unwilling to act, Marxists will stage their full take over in the resulting power vacuum. In the meantime, only liability and damage to reputation get attention – children do not. So, it’s time to file more lawsuits and call the press. Internal discussion has not worked. The realities of business will create pressure – just ask Latin School of Chicago (IL), who in the midst of its lawsuit brought by the parents of Nate Bronstein has had to file suit against insurer Liberty Mutual for refusing to cover LSC’s pricey white shoe lawyers, or Harvard University, who lost its suit against its insurer to cover the legal fees defending its affirmative action lawsuit. Once pressured, Independent X Trustee, don’t resign. Show us how powerful you are.
“We are nothing more or less than what we choose to reveal.”
PARENTS: Wake up. We cannot do this for you. You remained silent when other parents spoke out. How can you be a model for your children when you put more thought into remodels and private clubs than the welfare and future of your own children? We know what the rest of the country thinks about us – disgustingly pathetic rich parents too selfish and too weak to speak up or take our kids out of woke private schools indoctrinating our spoiled brats. Are they wrong? Maybe if you speak up now you won’t have to take those pills anymore.
“Decide where you want to be, and do not stop until you get there.”
Today is your chance for redemption. Cancel NAIS now.

· Turns out the humility Crystal Springs Upland (CA) alum Sam Bank-Man-Fried leads with is based in as much fraud as FTX’s partnership with Ukraine. Any resulting waves to Ukraine’s contracts with Blackrock, just make sure there’s sufficient Bechtel “engineers,” preferably of the Head-Royce (CA) ilk.
· Guess no one at Tiger Global spoke to Latin School of Chicago (IL) parents about LSC’s useless and costly Bain report before going heavy on FTX. Showing due diligence failures span from board to board.
· Alexander Marlow became Breitbart editor-in-chief, Julia Hahn served in the Trump admin, now Natalie Winters joins Steve Bannon’s War Room? Mon dieu! But there is no Possunt quia posse videntur in the bombing of fellow Harvard-Westlake (CA) alum Jake Gyllenhaal’s Disney movie Strange World at the holiday box office.
· NY Mag is so desperately ill-equipped to produce witty floggings on elite privates it resorted to eavesdropping on banal Spence (NY) small talk. Cringe.
· Now that Horace Mann (NY) alum Bill Barr is on the circuit at anti-Trump NY Post and second-rate podcasts, it becomes clear why Horace Mann decided not to revoke Barr's Distinguished Alumnus Award after all.
· It was inevitable — She Who Must Not Be Named can no longer be avoided. The Marymount (CA) alum remains faithful to Balenciaga in the wake of pedo grooming ads but not to Kanye, whose attempt at forming his own school failed despite adopting NAIS “project-based learning,” because without actual membership, Donda received no protection by the NAIS cartel.
Are you seeing the trend yet?
Not all housewives are created equal. There’s a reason some suck-up spamming housewives are appointed to be the Netherlands Ambassador and some remain anonymous. Some of us speak out about the oppression against farmers and know the related climate change agenda in NAIS School curricula is decades old. So remember: We’re always listening. Even in the midnight hours of November 17 to November 18 when every legacy media journo, social media bully – ahem Chrissy Teigen, and even conservative like Chris Rufo joined Twitter Spaces for an hours-long kumbaya session bemoaning “Twitter is dead” and staging a mass exodus to Reddit (no awareness of irony) hours before Jordan Peterson and Babylon Bee were reinstated. We’re there, and we read white papers.
