We are all Trinity (NY), Maryvale (MD), Harpeth Hall (TN), St. Matthew’s (CA), Episcopal School of Dallas (TX), Marin Country Day (CA), Independent X School. Just because you hear about one school more than another does not mean any school is less corrupted by NAIS. With the exception of NAIS headmasters and DEI directors, this is not about individual teachers or schools. This is systemic. Either you do not even realize how the agenda works in your school or your school is not an elite private. We repeat: the most academic and the most traditional privates have been targeted first because they are the most important in transforming America through Elite Capture. After the elites are transformed, your school will fall without resistance. Do not be nearsighted: United We Stand.
Dear Trinity School (NY) Board of Trustees
You are the stewards of what used to be one of, if not the top private school in the country. Founded in 1709, you have graduated illustrious alumni who have been MP’s, state attorneys general, international media scions like Lachlan and James Murdoch, and the world’s greatest musicians like Yo-Yo Ma. But, like every Independent X School, you lost your way.
You assert viewpoint diversity as particularly important in your mission of educating young minds, but you state the path forward can only happen if everyone embraces DEI. You profess labore, but you have not engaged in an honest and open conversation about the realities and deficiencies of DEI. You declare virtute, but you childishly paint Project Veritas as “political violence” for exposing the rot you have enabled. You claim Ginn Norris was a lone wolf, but she was one of 170+ on your “Anti-Racism” Task Force assembled to obtain one result and one result only. You maintain there is a (very costly) independent investigation underway, but you refuse to acknowledge the reality in plain sight.
Who is overseeing the investigation? What is Alexis Mulhiville’s role? What exactly is the independent investigation investigating? What are the goals? Will it investigate the “professional development” faculty receive? What are the terms of Norris’ departure? Why did you take down your social media immediately after the Norris video? Ignoring the event, placing blame elsewhere, scapegoating one person. We do not fall for the Baby Jane Group messaging. This is not the doing of one rogue teacher. This is never the doing of one rogue teacher. This is the NAIS system. This is how NAIS professionally develops teachers: in secrecy, in intimidation, in segregation, in political activism, in marginalizing groups they deem unclean and unworthy (white boys, unvaxxed, conservatives), in ever diminishing academic standards, in purging parents who question, in the castration of trustees, in lavishing $$$ on DEI administrative bloat, in purging teachers who teach without a clenched fist in the air, in destroying children’s essence and personhood. We see through the farce of Alvin Bragg as the destitute Trinity and Harvard alum. We see through interminable NAIS writing class headmaster emails about ice cream. Is “I hate to be a downer” (August 30, 2017 Allman letter) really how far official headmaster communications have fallen?
We are neither children nor Joe Biden. We are the ones who supported you for decades without fail. We supported faculty. We supported capital projects. We supported financial aid funds.
Tell Stephen Kolman to take down his Howard Zinn poster and administrators to stop jockeying. When our problems have been splashed over national headlines, discretion is no longer an option. The eyes of the nation are on you. This is indeed an opportunity for Trinity and its entire community to chart its own course and lead the way once again. NYSAIS is scheduled to come to Trinity in a matter of weeks. Save them the trip. You have a unique opportunity to disassociate from NAIS and NYSAIS – the organizations that have devastated the School’s curriculum, stained the School’s reputation, and harmed this generation. Fixing the problem at the root is the biggest gift you can give the School. Take control.
Dear Independent X School Board of Trustees
Disassociate from NAIS and cut out the DEI industrial complex. Do you know NAIS dictated your Trustee training and duties decades ago? You state you are the stewards of Independent X School as an institution, but you’ve done zero due diligence into NAIS and how Independent X School is run. Do you know what the curriculum is? Do you know what the curriculum used to be? Do you know how academically prepared Independent X Students are? Do you know NAIS is pushing Independent X School to form increasing public-private partnerships? Do you know why? Do you know if Felicia Wilks told Spence (NY) parents their daughters are barred from using their brand-new gym during school hours? Do Friends Seminary (NY) parents enjoy cleaning lice out of their children’s hair from the homeless sleeping in their gym every night? Did you know that Independent X Headmaster increases tuition 3-5% each year at the direction of NAIS? Are you advancing “equity” when you allow Independent X Headmaster to pay teachers less than a tenth what you pay Independent X Headmaster? Do you ever consider how search firms you hire are financially incentivized to push for increasingly higher salaries for headmasters? Do you know what online platform Independent X School uses, where the data on every child and family are stored, and who will have access to that data? Do you know how much of the budget is used for DEI related faculty, consultants, HR, legal, crisis management, conferences? Do you think it’s acceptable for faculty to blame children for toxic environments you have enabled with DEI activist culture like Tracey Ford making Maryvale (MD) students cry after blaming them for Kalea Selmon leaving? Do you know what is being told to children who attend NAIS’ Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC)? Did you know children who attend NAIS’ SDLC are told they will be punished if they mention what is discussed at SDLC? Do you know what the end goals for DEI at Independent X School are? Are any of the goals measurable? What exactly do you know about NAIS?
You assert you are informed, but you cannot answer any of our questions. You profess to be trustworthy, but you have gaslighted and vilified parents and alumni who have come to you. You declare you will take responsibility for missteps, but without fail you deflect blame to parents, journalists, even children – anyone but Independent X School and yourselves, after being exposed for racist NAIS faculty presentations, Marxist essays in School newsletters, pornographic books in the library, ideologically radical curricula. You claim to listen to all voices, but you retain secret parent informants and write repressive enemy lists that would make the Stasi blush. You maintain DEI is not NAIS’ agenda, but you send communications out from the Board, Headmaster, and Chair of the DEI Committee.
This is an ideological take-over of our institutions. Are you in charge of Independent X School or are you NAIS’ bitch? Don’t tell us, show us.
Dear Parents and Alumni
This is the time to make things right. Headmaster searches are being conducted at countless schools like City & Country (NY), Columbia Grammar (NY), Saint Ann’s (NY), Sierra Canyon (CA), American School in London (UK), Belmont Day (MA), Chadwick (CA), Chestnut Hill (MA), Detroit Country Day (MI), Field (DC), Hill (PA), Milton Academy (MA), Hockaday (TX), La Jolla Country Day (CA), Maret (DC), The Meadows (NV), Poly Prep (NY), St. Matthew’s (CA), St. George’s (RI). You can be sure Tucker is watching. Make your voices heard. We have learned the only way to get Independent X School and Trustees to listen is to shine sunlight on Independent X School – very public sunlight. It’s time to step it up. We call on more undercover mothers, fathers, alumni, teachers, and students to shine sunlight on what our Trustees have done to Independent X School. Every article in every local and national media outlet is an indictment of their leadership of Independent X School. Whether it is failed leadership or courageous leadership is up to them. We told them, now let’s show them.
Nuggets
· Harpeth Hall (TN) has retained Chair of NAIS central control Klingenstein Center Nicole Furlonge to do what – hold the Board’s hand in evading defining “girl” for the traditional girl’s schools?
· Horace Mann (NY) denies entry to the unvaxxed for Admissions interviews, tours.
· After decades of helping countless minority immigrant families climb the economic and social ladder, out-of-touch white guilt has caused Polytechnic (CA) to hemorrhage families.
· Dutiful NAIS Independent X Schools encourage all families to enter their ethnic, racial, and gender information on Veracross for data collection as part of their accreditation. All data is shared with NAIS as instructed by NAIS. Do not comply.
· Independent X School is not just teaching our children what to think but what to feel – a much more alarming agenda.
· NY passed a law requiring all privates to provide a substantially equivalent education to publics. NAIS’ suspicious silence reveals its complicity.
· New Rye Country Day (NY) Headmaster Randall Dunn has been using the same tired Aw Shucks routine he’s been using since Latin School of Chicago (IL) evoking teamwork, community, support, and kindness, directly after he refused to hold anyone accountable for the death of a 15-year-old child at the hands of the toxic environment Dunn cultivated at LSC.
