Who exposed our nefarious agenda for increased transparency in private schools? Teacher asking if our second grader wants to change genders? Hmm…we think that’s something Independent X School should not hide from us. Or maybe we are actually part of a sinister global network who want children to learn math!! Occam's razor – considering all competing theories, the simplest explanation is usually correct. This type of pathetic projection has all the markings of independent school crisis management firm The Baby Jane Group (or Russian disinformation).
The Baby Jane Group Crisis Manages Itself
Headmaster gone wild? Groomer teacher? Parents upset over just some porn in the library? Call the Baby Jane Group! They specialize in crisis management, legal and risk management, media training, and board training and advisement. Touted on their website as the only crisis communications firm on retainer to the National Association of Independent Schools, the Baby Jane Group works primarily with NAIS private schools and NAIS executive recruiting henchman Carney Sandoe and Associates.
In other words, we pay for Independent X School to receive guidance from the Baby Jane Group on the best ways to ignore, gaslight, and delay parent concerns until we go away, or even better – how to blame parents and children. That’s right – if you ask why a trans person gave a lecture to your first grader, you are abrasive and unhappy. You have a mental illness – not the people who think men can be pregnant. The Baby Jane Group instructs: Never assume responsibility. Assure parents Independent X School hears us. The children were confused about what actually happened. It was a “misunderstanding.” Inflation is Russia’s fault.
But Marin Country Day headmaster Katherine Dinh already knows all this as former NAIS Board Chair. Now do current NAIS Board Chair and Latin School of Chicago headmaster Randall Dunn. Do you see the pattern? Birds of a feather…

Where exactly does our money go? Where is the “tuition gap” – the gap between tuition and the “true” amount to educate our children at Independent X School? If the above chart is any indication, the “tuition gap” is a myth marketed to us to cover Independent X School’s allegiance to the NAIS dictated DEI Industrial Complex. The “business of independent schools” is deceiving parents. Check out 990s to see how Independent X School is spending your money. Remember: Parent participation in annual giving is the metric the Board uses to gauge “institutional support” that allows Independent X School to double down on DEI. Do not let Independent X School get 100% participation, and contributing foundations will start asking questions. If the trustees refuse to fulfill their fiduciary duties, let them cover the difference in the Annual Fund deficit. Do not give. The money is a path to saving Independent X School and our children.
America’s Laboratories

This is a decades in the making social Marxist revolution to destabilize our children and destroy each and every one of our institutions that has made America the greatest multicultural capitalist success story. NAIS promotes privates as America’s laboratories of these destructive theories and agenda. Headmaster of New Roads School Luthern Williams explains:
I think that independent schools, have, because they’re less regulated than public and charter, I think they have this opportunity to be these laboratories and to really experiment in ways of thinking about how do we create schools with a foundation of well-being that really are about the liberation about human potential? And when we’re talking about well-being, we’re talking about well-being encompassing diversity, equity, and inclusion in terms of allowing kids to be able to be free of wearing a mask or wearing armor and to feel a sense of belonging and independent schools sort of being these laboratories. But how as I understand how do you create that climate and culture? What does that look like? How can we work collectively with charter and public schools to realize that we’re all having to work together to raise the generation that we need in terms of workforce and citizens…I’d love to see the walls between independent, private and charter schools fall.
No hypothetical metaphorical masks, just actual dehumanizing physical masks. Do the math. Tuitions keep increasing, yet our children are less educated. Constant fear and guilt in environments of “diversity” and “inclusion” where children who do not conform to a singular woke ideology are excluded as the weird ones. How many more of our children are we ready to sacrifice? How many more parents are you going to let the Jane Group vilify? Stand up now. The good reputation of Independent X School only survives so long.

NAIS headmasters are resigning as quickly as Nina Jankowitz, high songstress of the Ministry of Truth: Dwight Englewood, City and Country, Hockaday, and even Thomas Hagerman incoming Latin School of Chicago headmaster resigning for a second time as Superintendent of the Scarsdale public school system for federal tax violations. JK Rowling being uncancelled, Elon tweeting ESG is a scam, Netflix telling employees to leave if they’re offended by non-woke content, JP Morgan denying Jamie Dimon’s compensation package – We win when we stand up. Despite a school Covid outbreak, parents at John Thomas Dye banded together and forced JTD to host a Holocaust survivor after the sixth graders were asked by retreat facilitators if they identified with the Nazi flag or Confederate flag.
Do not fall into the NAIS trap of individually meeting with Independent X School headmaster. This just identifies you as a “mentally ill” 5%er. NAIS and the Baby Jane Group instruct headmasters to keep parents apart and limit the time we spend together. It’s time for collective action. 6 Trends To Look For In 2022-2023
1. NAIS is trying to push down the walls between privates and publics. Always the bell-weather, the Latin School of Chicago, Columbia Grammar, Brooklyn Friends, Washington International School, Friends Seminary, and Little Red Elizabeth Irwin School teachers have unionized. City and Country School voted to unionize on March 30. Where will our children go when public and private teachers’ unions keep schools closed?
2. Independent X School ❤️s masking. “Dr.” Mike reinstated masks at Brentwood on May 6, and lemmings are following right off the cliff.
3. Independent X School (we see you Tom Kelly) suspiciously mandated boosters right before the CDC approved experimental boosters for children. Horace Mann made sure to tell parents all medical forms must be signed by a doctor within 50 miles of NY lest they be tempted to visit out of state doctors for a medical exemption.
4. Westminster Schools and The Center for Early Education had children wear Covid trackers. Headmaster Keith Evans boasted about Johns Hopkins and Rockefeller Foundation contacting Westminster for its large Covid database. Do The Center parents Beyonce and Jay Z know Blue Ivy is being data mined?
5. As CA goes, so goes the nation with gender seminars at Curtis and Village. Expect an increase in partnerships and resources with NAIS partners Planned Parenthood, Gender Spectrum, and The Trevor Project.
6. College matriculation from elite privates like Andover continues its steady decline with schools like Deerfield increasingly merging numbers for the past several years to hide the exponential downward spiral.
