The Great Reset/Agenda 2030, centered around the Sustainable Development Goals, is establishing a system of global governance. Every form of sovereignty is being dismantled through open borders, trillion-dollar spending bills, cancellation of domestic oil and gas leases, our national debt subsidizing the rest of the world, pandemic treaties, and increasingly restrictive regulations designed to boil frogs slowly. Once sovereignty vanishes, we are no longer Americans – we are global citizens. NAIS Schools (National Association of Independent Schools) have already changed their missions. Now they’re flying UN flags.
Your “borders” are merely a construct. I prefer to think of myself as a citizen of the world.
Much easier to implement than global government, the new Marxist system is global governance. Diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, belonging, climate crisis, environmental, social, governance, sustainability, and every word and concept standing in for Marxism are means to this end. Consent for global governance is manufactured by compelling us with every fabricated crisis and every side show to fear for our safety so we demand increased security at the cost to our liberty. Security comes in the form of restrictions and increased surveillance that allow for the data collection that feed the digital systems that manage global governance. See how this works? It’s no coincidence UNC rerouted funding for DEI to public safety after the performative violence of Palestine protests. Or why Eric Adams and Kathy Hochul hamstrung police and allowed crime to flourish before announcing the deployment of National Guard members into the NYC subways to conduct bag checks. Safety!! It’s all a ploy to condition us to accept an increased surveillance state. The right was too busy claiming victory and commencing frat boy summer to consider the consequences. Never lose the forest for the trees.
Global governance is managed in the age of technocracy with digital systems that feed off data. As we detailed in DTF RATIO: PART 1, data is being collected on us and our children by Independent X School and NAIS. Data is also being collected on our Independent X School Community to shape behavior and force the compliance necessary for Marxist Community under global governance. A central way to obtain this data is through DEI audits. Let’s open the kimono on the presentation and audits of our favorite pied piper, NAIS’ preferred DEI Consultant/Headmaster/NAIS SDLC Chair/Yazz Queen Rodney Glasgow and his firm The Glasgow Group (collectively “Glasgow”). Data-geddon. Is he married to that, or? There’s just been a lot of “geddons” lately.
Because serious people wear Minnie Mouse ears to preach their righteousness, Glasgow is used for DEI presentations and audits by NAIS Schools like Dalton (NY), Francis Parker (IL), Latin School of Chicago (IL), Kentucky Country Day (KY), Harvard-Westlake (CA), Brunswick (CT), Greenwich Country Day (CT), Collegiate (NY), Commonwealth (MA), and countless others. Glasgow has been speaking for over 16 years at NAIS Schools and groups like Fessenden School, Vistamar School (CA), Carney Sandoe Diversity Conference, Gilman School (MD), Miss Hall’s School (MA), Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (PA), Oakwood School (CA), Sandia Preparatory School (NM), Weston School for Girls (MA), McDonough School (MD), Bryn Mawr School (MD), Key School (MD), Sewickley Academy (PA), East Asia Regional Council of Schools Annual Conference (Kuala Lumpur), and even Denver Jewish Day School (CO). It’s safe to assume Glasgow has already or will soon pollute your Independent X School.
We all know surveys can provide whatever results the surveyor desires according to question types, response format, and subjective interpretation. The DEI business model of creating the problem to solve the problem at a tidy profit employs audits to list manipulated findings (results) rife with problems (observations) so consultants like Glasgow can provide boundless fixes (recommendations). Fortuitously, audits generate extensive amounts of data through community-wide surveys. All responses and demographics are catalogued and stored of Independent X School members past and present. Total invited, total completed, graduation years, ages, gender identities, race, ethnicity, sexual orientations, abilities, challenges, objectors to each category, religion, socioeconomics, family working status, family structure, financial aid, level of inclusivity, level of inclusivity by role and race, every characteristic of every demographic – even Moorish Americans, are separated out and analyzed to measure how much resistance by students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, administration, parents, board, and alums within Independent X School remains to achieving the DEI/ESG/UN SDG/Marxist “Community.” Compliant NAIS School communities are crucial as its graduates become national and international leaders enforcing global governance like the WHO pandemic treaty - exemplified by Antony Blinken (Dalton, NY) rockin’ as Kyiv burns.
I can’t tell you that. It’s a company secret.
The point of the audit “Results at a Glance” is to change how we react, force us to stop asking questions, and make us conform to the global governance agenda. Glasgow first pats Independent X School on the head for committing to DEI work before declaring there is still resistance to DEI. Glasgow goes on to affirm that everyone agrees on Independent X School’s commitment to DEI before making the main claim: Although Independent X School is getting better, everyone agrees more work is needed. In making these claims, Glasgow gives entirely arbitrary scores for how DEI compliant Independent X School is, providing labels like “culturally Competent School Community” and “Equitable/Inclusive School Community.” Definitions are intentionally vague, and goal posts are perpetually pushed out further.
It will never be enough because the revolution is a continuous process. They will always claim everyone wants more DEI: “Written responses given by every constituency surveyed indicates a strong desire for XXXXXX to enhance diversity, and especially for people of color,” despite people of color speaking out and being silenced at NAIS Schools. They will always claim: “While students feel that assemblies honor multiple perspectives and reflect the school’s commitment to its diverse community, students find that they are only moderately effective,” despite NAIS Schools platforming leftists like Nation of Islam anti-Semite Gholdy Mohammed and domestic terrorist Angela Davis. Of course, “The responses to professional development in diversity were average for teaching staff and concerning for the administration and reflected room for improvement,” since professional development is the key tool for teacher indoctrination and profits for NAIS and its partners in grift.
That’s a lot of jerking.
Glasgow’s recommendations are filled with confirmation bias to fill the coffers of the DEI Industrial Complex, including: “more faculty professional development around DEI” to demoralize teachers and monopolize their time and energy with DEI; reinforcing the DEI Director with a full structure of “other paid or stipend positions” to keep the DEI Industrial Complex growing; hiring additional DEI consultants; appointing trustees based on race; mandating trustees be DEI compliant and undergo continual DEI training; ensuring DEI is embedded in everything from financial aid to sports; committing to partner with organizations like Gender Spectrum to provide additional surveillance and gather more data to feed the digital systems; increasing required DEI programming throughout the year for all students; and spending all of Independent X School’s budget and time to provide recurring revenue for the DEI Industrial Complex.
Recommendations are designed to sift out and expel the heterodox. Conform or leave. This fight is being waged at the very power center of Independent X School – the boards. NAIS continues to try to dictate how Independent X School runs its board while agenda-serving individuals infiltrate boards. Martha Haakmat, a DEI consultant spawn of Glasgow who has stated in public presentations that board members, parents, and faculty who do not agree with the DEI Agenda should leave schools, sits on Brearley’s (NY) Board to identify and weed out sane board members.

DEI is a feedback loop: (1) collect data for systems; (2) replace value systems; (3) instill fear; (4) push for security measures that increase online education to collect more data; (5) rinse and repeat. What happened after the Palestine protests posed a safety threat at Columbia? Columbia went virtual. Whether it’s for “anti-racism,” anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or sexuality, DEI audits collect data, try to replace our own family values with collective global values, demagogue that our children are not safe in the Independent X Community without greater security measures, and support the push for more online learning platforms. “It’s adaptive!” is just another term for data mining. Do not let fear compel us to surrender our liberty. Do not let NAIS dictate our values.
