As coke-jaw Pelosi sells off Tesla, Google, Disney, et al at a loss and inflation runs at 7% annually, 3-5% annual tuition increases dictated by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) are a thing of the past. 6% tuition increases are the lowest at Independent X School this year. But what of fiscal responsibility? The great vampire squid is peanuts compared to what we face now.
Another Promise, Another Scene
In goosestep to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting dictating the world move towards a global society, the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) dictates to Independent X School that our children must prepare for global citizenship. The independence of our local systems are being stripped and transformed into massive bureaucratic institutions motivated entirely by the almighty (soon to be deposed) dollar. By coincidence or design, expanded institutional missions have exponentially expanded the grift and the graft – institutional equivalents of the riff and the raff. In its simplest form, the money flows from the Source – whether voluntary in the form of donors, compulsory in the form of tuition payers, or coerced in the form of taxpayers, to the Institution before the machinery of the Institution spins the money into the legitimacy laundering vehicle before being distributed to the Influence Wielders who dole out messaging to the Policy Peddlers to direct the Institution to keep the fraudulent profiteering cycling. The Source keeps paying into the fraud cycle as the riff raff line their pockets. Let’s look at the $125B in US tax dollars sent to Ukraine as an example.
Another Packaged Lie To Keep Us Trapped In Greed
We’re just moms, but it is obvious the Ukraine is a massive money and influence laundering vehicle cloaked in the most nefarious of virtue signaling. In the NGO and multinational corporate sphere, ESG is the evolved virtue signal cloaking the fundamental profit motive that put cement shoes on Occupy Wall Street long ago. Our tax dollars and ungodly debt fund the federal budget. Our $$ via the federal budget is sent to the Ukraine. WEF shapes policy and FTX provides vehicles to funnel our money through the Ukraine. E.g. Ukraine’s dystopian sounding Ministry of Digital Transformation launches FTX backed crypto donations websites like Aid for Ukraine routing donated crypto to the National Bank of Ukraine which is laundered into on the ground fiat currency generously distributed to Influence Wielders in exclusive contracts. Influence Wielders dictate the program to the Policy Peddlers by sponsoring tech and media and financing favorable politicians to control the Institution. E.g. Crystal Springs Uplands (CA) alum Sam Bankman-Fried/FTX invests in Andover (MA) alum Justin Smith’s and Trinity (NY) alum Ben Smith’s Semafor. Chevron and Pfizer sponsor Semafor, CNN, MSNBC. Per Everstake’s tweet, Aid for Ukraine transfers contributions to Democrats – similar to Mind the Gap, which is supported by SBF with FTX gains and run by Stanford prof. and SBF’s mom Barbara Fried. Additional Influence Wielders like JPMorgan CEO Browning (NY) alum Jamie Dimon enforce all clients to stay on message. Politicians and their keepers like Biden Chief of Staff St. Alban’s (DC) alum Jeff Zients dole out choice diplomatic, bureaucratic, committee assignments to compliant clones who obtain inside information to grow their net worth magically by tens of millions on a $174K salary.
Futures are secured, perks are guaranteed, and influence is increased, fueled by greed cloaked in “effective altruism.” Profits are made at every turn as long as conflict exists guaranteeing crisis (now “polycrisis”) remains endless. Ukrainian officials buy themselves luxury sportscars, Hunter’s Malibu rent is paid, 10% for the Big Guy, Bechtel starts builds that take longer than the Big Dig, risks of dying suddenly are concealed, and Zelensky and Fink agree on public-private partnerships advised by BlackRock. FBI Director Buckley (NY) and Andover (MA) alum Christopher Wray marveled just last week about the dramatic surge in public-private partnerships, “especially the FBI.” Everyone gets rich! Except the taxpayers, whose taxes keep increasing. Of course, the reality is an infinitely more complex Krebs cycle of profit, but the basic picture fits for other systems, including Independent X School.
And All The Green Belts Wrapped Around Our Minds
Just like the Ukraine, so too are NAIS Schools a vehicle of massive money and influence laundering. In Independent X School, the virtue signal cloaking the fundamental profit motive is DEI. Our tuition, annual fund, and other gifts fund Independent X School’s budget. While our $$ via Independent X School’s budget is funneled through membership fees and conferences to the NAIS, this portion does not actually make up a significant amount of money. More critical in this feedback loop is the autonomy of Independent X School sent to NAIS to have DEI and SEL curriculum and policies shaped by unaccountable nonprofits like the Klingenstein Foundation. NAIS “reimagines” all the ways Independent X School can waste our money by laundering our independence to Influence Wielders like Planned Parenthood (sex ed), Trevor Project (sexual and trans identity), and SPARC (School Participatory Action Research Collaborative), which preys on our children with surveys and “research” as casually as classified documents strewn around Penn. Influence Wielders dictate programs to Policy Peddlers by sponsoring international and regional accreditation organizations (SAIS, ICAISA, CAIS), professional development, member orgs (CAPE, CSEE), law and recruitment firms. E.g. Planned Parenthood develops sex ed curriculum and advises girls at Independent X School on their “right” to obtain abortions. Carney Sandoe and RG175 place compliant clones as headmasters, DEI directors, and admissions directors of prestigious schools to enjoy astronomical salaries, housing allowances, free vacations, and become the one class of people with power over the world’s most elite and powerful parents.

DEI directors make $200K base salaries with limitless $$ as consultants, Planned Parenthood gets new consumers for abortions and lifelong transgender drugs, talented teachers leave the field, inexperienced activist teachers cycle in, administrative bloat skyrockets, and headmasters and municipalities agree on public-private partnerships advised by Independent X School. Just as crypto is used as blackmail currency for embarrassments like faulty or hacked airline systems, consultant contracts are used as blackmail currency for tragedies like children of airline CEOs bullying another child to death. Superfluous buildings and stadiums are built to grow prestige and inspire endless capital campaigns. Everyone gets rich! Except the teachers and families, whose workload and tuitions keep increasing. This is nowhere near an exact chart of the money and influence stream. Most of the money in the DEI system is meted out by Independent X School directly to the organizations at each turn.
The difference between “effective altruism” in the American Republic and Independent X School is that related frauds are more transparent in our federal government than in Independent X School. The Charles McGonigals are arrested for their deceit, but the Rodney Glasgows, Martha Haakmats, Eddie Moores, Rosetta Lees, Kimberle Crenshaws, and Glenn Singletons are never held to account. In an environment that calls for careful budget management and expense trimming, why aren’t Boards’ attentions spent on cost cutting initiatives tied to performance and setting the school’s budget on a path that can weather the volatile economic environment? Ironic how those appointed to be Independent X Trustees precisely because of their capitalist success are unable to see the basic anti-capitalist agenda and facts before them. Stop flooding their funding source. Independent X School will take any donations into the annual fund as tacit consent to increase tuition.
And Endless Red Tape To Keep The Truth Confined
Recent legitimacy of graft applies indiscriminately to the moving targets of ESG and DEI. What cannot be measured, cannot be managed. Alluding to the increasing abuse of public-private partnerships, Forbes wrote of Bill Gates’ grants: “The grant language is also interesting in that it suggests that Reason’s program is not about establishing a program, but about finding ways to influence the path of state funding. The end result of this may not simply be about spending Gates money, but about spending taxpayer dollars as well.” The revolving door of public-private rot is easily illustrated by Jim Baker. From intelligence to think tank to Ray Dalio fund to K Street to big tech to legacy media, Baker is the equivalent of Rodney Glasgow proudly placing himself at his choice of school while a Carney Sandoe recruiter to headmaster and chief diversity officer to NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference Chair to individual consulting company to outside consulting company. Only, Glasgow remains at these entities at the same time in order to maximize his influence and profit.
Most alarming is the increasing interdependence of these systems. According to Steve Bannon, we have moved beyond elite and institutional capture to a time of regulatory merger. Government and business have merged, one is the arm of the other. It’s even taken over giving. See philanthrocapitalism. But what is the ultimate significance? Where are we headed? These systems of regulatory merger are overlapping into the final phase of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World. Brave New World = Big Pharma + Big Ed.
As in Brave New World, the convergence of Big Pharma and Big Ed will allow for complete control over the population – particularly the elite. Children will be kept unhealthy and numb by doctors and teachers convincing parents their normal children have ADD/ADHD and need Adderall and their tomboys and gay sons need hormone therapy and sex reassignment surgeries. Children will be kept ignorant and irrationally emotional by DEI/SEL/Wellness. Programmed children will enter universities to do research and write studies that rubber stamp the conclusions desired by Big Pharma. Think we’ve jumped the shark? You can already see it in small town America composed entirely of various colleges and large health care systems where every building and every business services the colleges and health care systems. Over the past two decades universities have gobbled up private practices and become the biggest healthcare systems. Now, nearly all elite NAIS schools and colleges mandate Covid vaccines and boosters when the evidence is clear they do more harm than good to children and young adults. Additionally, schools from Grace Church (NY) to Stanford censor speech and declare innocuous words like “American” and “mother” off limits. It’s why when Malcolm Gladwell asks outgoing Stanford President John Hennessey how he would spend $10B gifted to Stanford, Hennessey immediately responds “biomedical sciences.” It’s why the Klingenstein Foundation with Columbia University studies: (1) early childhood education; (2) independent schools; and (3) neuroscience. It’s why Andover’s (MA) headmaster is a medical doctor who was NIH principal Dep. Dir., Ass. Dir. of the Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research, CDC division director, and RAND senior scientist.
Big Pharma is basically set. Nine out of the last ten FDA Commissioners, amounting to four decades of FDA leadership, joined Big Pharma, including Scott Gottlieb on Pfizer’s Board. Our Health Secretary Rachel Levine, an alum of all-boys school Belmont Hill (MA), thinks he is a woman. The appointee to dictate national dietary guidelines, Dr. Stanford, claims obesity is hereditary and cannot be treated with exercise and a healthy diet. 50-75% of advertisements on television are for pharma. Now is the time for Big Pharma to guide Big Ed to full maturation. If you’re still skeptical, look at the immediate influence and profit lines running from SBF’s family. FTX funded Together trial concludes Ivermectin is ineffective at treating Covid, and SBF’s brother directs nonprofit “Guarding Against Pandemics.” Barbara Fried’s political fund Mind the Gap is provided influential donations by Jill Parker who sits on the board of Planned Parenthood whose President and CEO is Spence (NY) Board Member Alexis McGill Johnson who spearheads partnerships between Planned Parenthood and NAIS and Independent X School. Barbara Fried’s sister Linda Fried is Dean of Columbia’s School of Public Health and Education next door to NAIS headmaster training at Klingenstein endowed Columbia Ed School. It wouldn’t surprise us if Brearley (NY) headmaster Jane Foley-Fried is related to SBF. This is no longer Glenn Beck territory. The connections between these systems are endless and growing more insular.
But how will Big Ed be actualized? Dare we go there: the Trojan horse of School “Choice” which will inevitably be the ultimate public-private partnership weaving in government funding that will be laundered through ESA accounts to charter and private school start-ups to accreditation organizations that demand DEI/SEL under labels of “wellness,” “access,” and “advocacy” to “educational” apps and tech programs. Being blocked on Twitter by NAIS, NAIS President Donna Orem, and NAIS VP Caroline Blackwell, and shadow banned by Twitter right when we started exposing NAIS made it clear we are over the target. Now, the School Choice NPCs are doing the same. The influence and connections are undeniable. Just a reminder that the National Review Institute’s William F. Buckley Jr. Gala in September 2022 honoring Larry Kudlow and YAF had headline sponsors Meta and DeVos.
Rise Up And Take The Power Back
Big Ed will not be lost as long as mothers are in this fight. Did we mention that due to rogue undercover mothers infiltrating (read: politely attending) 2021’s NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC), NAIS made disclaimers at last month’s PoCC? It appears NAIS speakers told attendees that all teachings are recommendations and not mandates. TRUSTEES: Are you reading? Everything NAIS declares is merely suggestive. Nothing is required for accreditation. NAIS course corrected because of some curious moms. Change is possible. #ChangeMakers 😉
Instead of fueling the corruption of NAIS, give to an organization that actually exposes the truth. If you are not going to use your mouth, use your money.
