NAIS POCC Pages Attain Collective Liberation
We published our last Substack post on January 10 at 3:04 am EST / 12:04 am PST. In it, we spotlighted Twitter’s censorship of hero teacher Paul Rossi’s tweets of NAIS POCC (People of Color Conference) clips after the filing of a complaint by NAIS. Waaaaa! NAIS want a bottle? We then included links to NAIS POCC’s equity seminars and workshops so you could see the clown show programs for yourself. At the time of publishing, the NAIS POCC webpage looked like this:
Notice the full drop-down menu for the Program heading.
You know you’ve made it when you have stalkers. You don’t have to hide behind the tree – we see you, NAIS. Within only a few hours, the linked pages disappeared:
Not only were the individual Equity Seminars and Workshops pages taken down almost immediately after the publication of our Substack, NAIS went so far as to make significant deletions of the entire NAIS POCC website, erasing all of the Program drop-down menu and replacing it with “Flavors of POCC.” Pass the Cholula!
But wait – that’s not all! Our fellow People of Color along with a few White Allies must have found the flavors too bland because NAIS re-imagined their website yet again just a few days later to reflect only the future 2022 NAIS POCC/SDLC dates (November 28-December 2) in an attempt to pretend the past was all just a dream. Funny, because according to the Wayback machine, the November 30-December 4, 2020 NAIS POCC weblinks were available for at least a couple months thereafter.
NAIS also removed online videos from their previous POCCs. Such a busy little bee, NAIS! So, if you were interested in checking them out, it is no longer possible. Interesting, since our tuition dollars go toward this event. We have every right to see what NAIS has espoused to our teachers and children. But alas, not according to NAIS’ sensitive feels.
You Don’t See Radicalism. Radicalism Was Never Here.
Clearly, we hit a nerve. But why would NAIS delete webpages so suddenly?
We’re sure it’s not because POCC features speakers like CRT and intersectionality founder Kimberle Crenshaw (2018 POCC). CNN says CRT is only taught in law school. 🙄
We’re sure it’s not because NAIS does not want to draw current attention to the fact that its POCC has been preaching Marxist activism for years and even decades. Or that the POCC and SDLC – Student Diversity Leadership Conference, was founded by a Black Panther, Randolph Carter, when he was a director at NAIS. (Who now, of course, is a diversity consultant and director of a DEI organization.) How many of you Trustees are aware that Black Panthers founded, co-chair, and are speakers at these conferences that normalize and laud extremist ideology? Do you Trustees also believe defunding the police actually decreases crime? If you do, we have a new DEI consultancy contract for you to sign. Do we want your children to be indoctrinated against us before they learn how to read? Do we know what is being told to our children who are undergoing transformative conversions at the NAIS SDLC?
Sunlight Is The Best Disinfectant
Why all the censorship, NAIS? If you believe “the work” is righteous and you are on the right side of history, why delete it? Why not amplify it? MLK, Jr. didn’t give his I Have A Dream speech in a basement. He gave his speech on a microphone in our nation’s capital in front of hundreds of thousands of people, and we print the speech for all to read. If you are proud to instruct our teachers to instill the POCC programming in our children, why not spread the gospel of NAIS POCC? Why censor Paul Rossi? Why hide it from parents?
This particular speaker encouraged viewers to screencap her segment. Are NAIS’ pronouncements merely an illusion of transparency? In fact, a POCC speaker in “From Brave Spaces to Systemic Change” explained that transparency should be managed carefully so nettlesome parents do not imagine they have a say. She (her, hers) also advised that different constituencies may require different messaging. What is the purpose of transmitting different messages about the same topic within the same school? 🤔
The reason is simple. Where there is no transparency, there is fraud. Independent X School revels in proselytizing covid porn sending daily updates on the number of Omnicold cases but never provides a breakdown of college admissions by legacy, athletes, race, donor, et al.
So where Independent X School and NAIS obfuscate, Undercover Mother will continue to investigate and expose. Our network is growing and the whisper campaign has grown louder and louder into a battle cry. Information is power, and we are using both. Big things are coming. Anticipate major announcements.
Don’t forget to send us your enrollment contracts.

Last but not least, come on. Is there one person in the government or DEI industrial complex not grifting off our innocent children? This has to stop.
