With language fully weaponized in the ongoing war of racial Marxism, utilize this easy guide to translating Newspeak.

Welcome to Oceania!  Remember all those times we wished men could experience how annoying it is to have periods?  Menstruamenti!  Buy some extra tampons, men have periods!  The Ministry of Education dictates it and so it is.  If the words being used at Independent X School still sound foreign and your children sound like they are speaking another language, it’s because they are.  The initial transition was gradual, but on May 25, 2020, sotto voce no more – Newspeak is loud and proud!

We could go on and on about the background, evolution, and implication of each word or phrase, but we have three Sunday practices to drive to, ironing, farmers markets, and meal prep.  So here is a quick and dirty, no frills, no punches pulled, woke school translation guide to what some general and some “independent” school specific words and phrases really mean:

·      1619 Project: CRT’s pathway to communism in America.  Contends that America is inherently evil and centers everything in American history around slavery and evil Capitalism despite Americans being the first abolitionists, hundreds of thousands of white American men fighting to eradicate slavery in America, and no one seeming to care about modern day slavery

·      Anti-racism: racism

·      Anti-Semite: right-wing Trumpsters only (excludes all leftists even Holocaust deniers and supporters of the eradication of Israel)

·      Asian: white person

·      Challenge Success: “program” adopted by schools to cloak a lack of rigor under the shroud of Stanford affiliation. challenge success? resolution failure.

·      Change Agent: leftist activist

·      Cis-gender: a person who is heterosexual and thus must atone for his/her privilege

·      Courageous Conversations: lectures that leftists want to force upon you in which if you make any reasonable comment you will be pilloried as racist and cancelled.  Trademarked by DEI industrial complex consultant Glenn Singleton – but only in the singular “Courageous Conversation”

·      Critical Thinking: filler phrase used by Independent X School as the only vestige of traditional/classical education

·      Deconstruct: to make something seem inherently racist

·      DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion): see separate definitions of each.  Programs to signal luxury beliefs (see 11/4/2021 Bari Weiss podcast)

·      Denier: one who uses historical or scientific facts

·      Dismantle: make America communist

·      Diversity: black Americans (excludes conservative blacks)

·      Equity: marxism (equal outcomes regardless of innate ability or input of work)

·      Fact: information with which only leftists agree

·      Global Citizen: what your child will purportedly become after not learning the basics at Independent X School

·      Guardian: parent aka domestic terrorist.  Independent X School enemy #1.  Silenced donor patiently awaiting positive outplacement recommendations

·      Head of School: PC term for headmaster or headmistress

·      Honest History: viewing America negatively

·      Ibram X. Kendi (Ibram Henry Rogers): the most prominent new wave race hustler (to the great annoyance of second wave race hustler but more decent Ta-Nehisi Coates)

·      Implicit Bias: racist babies

·      Inclusion: exclusion of everyone who does not agree in totality with leftists

·      Intent: something that no longer matters

·      JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion): a more radical activist version of DEI

·      Jew: mass murderer of Palestinians

·      Justice: racial retribution

·      Larry Elder: black face of white supremacy

·      Latinx: person who appears if you clap and say you believe.  pronounced “Latinx” not “Latin – X” to make it sound even stupider than it already does because no Hispanic/Latino actually uses it.  Made up by white leftists to feel relevant.

·      Lived Experience: an idiotically redundant way of using your own feelings to justify something without using any reason, logic or facts

·      Mental Health: excuse for lack of academic rigor

·      NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools): cartel for private schools of which 98% of private school parents and 99% of board members do not know the existence or significance

·      Output: something for which Independent X School wants to avoid being accountable at all costs. Concealed with smoke and mirrors by Independent X School headmaster.

·      Parents Association/Parents Council: panem et circenses.  Designed to keep parents distracted with themed fundraising events so we do not think about what is happening at Independent X School.

·      Passion Based Learning: pokemon math, Minecraft science

·      Perception: Independent X School gaslighting you when you question anything – e.g. That’s just your/your child’s perception.

·      Pollyanna Conference: woke olympics

·      Preparedness: this word has been scrubbed from Independent X School lexicon because it no longer matters, except to be a global citizen

·      Privilege: usually characteristics you were born with, but also traits you have earned, for which you must atone.  E.g. If you can pay for health care, you are privileged.

·      Process: the new focus of Independent X School so it does not have to be accountable for decreased learning standards, lack of academic preparation, and faltering matriculation

·      Professional Development: what all your money is surreptitiously being spent on - sending faculty to be indoctrinated further into the cult of wokeness

·      Project Based Learning: group projects to imagine how to save the world without having the underlying knowledge even to consider the issues

·      Pronouns: advanced woke virtue signaling credentials - the more x’s used = the higher the woke credentials (and the more it sounds like xi jinping and other comrades)

·      Rigor: something that has been disappeared from Independent X School like a Clinton friend

·      Rodney Glasgow: lifetime private school graduate, including Harvard and Columbia, consultant who lectures at people while barefoot and dressed as Dorothy or culturally appropriating Elvira

·      SEL (Social Emotional Learning): umbrella to disguise leftist ideology (CRT, gender ideology, marxism, etc.) while implanting school agents into our place as parents in our children’s lives

·      Social Justice: neither social nor justice, the phrase used for faux outcry or leftist activism

·      Strategic Vision: making parents think it was our idea to be asked for as much money as possible now and for years to come for a new capital campaign

·      Sustainability: consuming as many masks and useless physical materials as possible to conform with the United Nations Sustainability Goals a la jet setting ecowarriors Meghan and Harry and the rest of the COP26 live crew

·      Trans: er…..see Dave Chappelle specials

·      Trust: willful blindness

·      White Fragility: money making scheme by white leftist woman, Robin DiAngelo, to pretend to atone for her own bald racism

·      White Person: white supremacist

·      White Supremacy: everything in America, including all races of people, including Black conservatives, except leftists

·      Whole Child: decreased learning and academic standards

Are you seeing the themes yet?  Now we know where all the Hare Krishnas went, right?  Brave new parents, it is up to us to stand up and point out that the headmaster is wearing no clothes.  If we don’t speak up now, our children face the consequences.
